This Sounds Really Cool
Yes, it’s not what you’d expect. The arrangement is pretty superior and we would like to give Andy Rehfeldt (the man responsible for this “bizarre but it works” idea) a big hug. We never thought this was possible however dang it, it’s so enjoyable to listen to. Of course with all of the Metallica members headbanging like crazy, that solely added to the fun. We bet you never saw this one coming, eh? Even Lars Ulrich blew us away, lol. However seriously although, this is genius. We are thinking Andy was laughing and having a grand time editing this one. We are even looking forward to extra pieces like this!
We are not sure if Metallica would agree (James Hetfield would probably find this superb) however heck, we love it. Besides, the more we listen to it, the more we like it. It’s not one thing you’d want to play solely once by the way. So yes, it’s addictive.
