DUALITY is an Acoustic Rock Duo based in Chennai, India- comprising of Manoj Sreekumar & Mihir Ranganathan.
DUALITY presents their music in an acoustic setting through Guitars and Vocals. Their ‘live’ shows consist of a mix of their originals as well as covers interpreted in their style. Formed in Feb 2011, they have already performed more than 70 successful gigs across several prestigious venues & events in India.
DUALITY has released 2 albums ‘The First Born’ in 2013 and ‘Keep the Change’ in 2016. DUALITY made its Television debut on MTV Roots as well.
In 2014, DUALITY also performed on the prestigious ‘Music Mojo’ programme by Kappa TV. For this show, apart from performing 5 of their originals, they decided to pay tribute to Metallica & the Blues by taking a metal classic and giving it a ‘Blues’ twist. The result was ‘ENTER BLUESMAN’ which sees a complete rearrangement of Metallica’s classic ‘Enter Sandman’ set to the Blues and performed in Duality’s style.
