Metallica’s intimate album release show in London last evening is available for viewing.
The show within the House Of Vans venue was streamed live the world over as band celebrated the release of 10th album Hardwired… To Self-Destruct.
It followed the drip-feeding of video clips for each song on the follow-up to 2008’s Death Magnetic.
The band delivered a 15-song set beginning with a cover of Budgie’s Breadfan and together with new songs Atlas, Rise!, Moth Into Flame and Hardwired alongside a few of their classics.
Frontman James Hetfield said the group: “Metallica’s right here. Comfortable birthday Hardwired To Self-Destruct! You come right here to have some enjoyable, you come right here to kick some ass, you got here right here to get some shit out of you, you come right here to sweat and sing loud.”
