Another cut from the forthcoming Metallica cover’s album The Metallica Blacklist has been revealed, with Biffy Clyro now delivering a bruising cover of the band’s track ‘Holier Than Thou’.
The Metallica Blacklist is being released to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Metallica’s seminal fifth record, Metallica AKA The Black Album. Biffy Clyro join the likes of St. Vincent, Sam Fender and OFF! in contributing to the new anniversary release.
The band have shared the recording of their cover alongside an animated visual. Listen to that below.
The special 30th anniversary edition of The Black Album, which includes The Metallica Blacklist, will be released on Friday, September 10.
